Preschool Open House

Kyle and I got to attend Kennedy's open house last week.  It was so fun to be able to go, just the three of us, and see what Kennedy does in school each day.  She was so excited for us to come to school with her, during the night!  It was a pretty big deal.
There's nothing cuter than sweet little preschoolers putting on a show.  After some socializing and viewing of art work, the class went through a shortened circle time and then performed 3 fall songs that they had been working on.  So sweet, I assure you.
Kennedy has a great class in the Gumball room this year.  We adore her teacher, Miss Tricia and she has lots of sweet little friends with her.  We are thankful to have Lyla in class again ~ these two are just so cute together.

Performing "5 Little Pumpkins"

a little excited, a little shy

"oh my it's getting late"

These interviews were hanging up in the classroom and we had to guess who was who...I thought Kennedy's self portrait was so darling, notice the bow in her hair - matches her dress and everything!  She did a great job!  So here are some things about Kennedy in 2012 ~ her favorite color is purple, her favorite food is pancakes, her favorite activity is coloring, she has one brother - Carter (kind of a giveaway during the game) and when she grows up she wants to be an artist.

A precious little memory that we will cherish...Thank you, Kennedy, for showing us all that you do in your class each day.  We are so very proud of you.
I am trying to soak up every little thing at preschool this year, since this is our last time through.  It's just such a wonderful program, one I will miss terribly next year.
